Coaching & Reflection Tool

What It Is

A multi-purpose reflection and feedback tool created for our professional learning facilitators. The form captures key insights after each PL session, including teacher feedback to share with the product team, district-specific needs for Territory Leaders, and self-reflection to help facilitators refine their practice. It brings multiple high-value data points into one streamlined, easy-to-use system.

My Role

I initiated the development of this tool after identifying significant gaps in how we collected facilitator reflections, teacher feedback, and district insights. I designed it to serve multiple strategic needs: gathering authentic teacher feedback for the product team, giving Territory Leaders better visibility into district relationships and upcoming PL priorities, and strengthening our team’s culture of excellence through consistent, high-quality facilitator reflection.

Impact

  • Ensured that real teacher feedback reached the product team to help guide future Twig Science enhancements

  • Provided Territory Leaders with consistent insight into district needs, helping align future PL offerings with clear priorities

  • Supported facilitators in developing reflective habits that improved clarity, quality, and consistency across sessions
