What It Is

Our faculty, parents, and students were struggling with how to navigate social media. We needed to adopt a full curriculum to address it.

My Role

I conducted a needs analysis, evaluated curriculum options, and facilitated a teacher feedback process to guide selection. After adoption, I designed a professional learning plan with workshops, model lessons, and coaching. I also built digital support resources housed on our LMS and feedback loops to help teachers adjust confidently.

Impact

• Social-media related incidents decreased

• Buy-in from parents and faculty

• Added consistent programing from grades 4-12

• Improved faculty comfort-level with a technology-run curriculum
